About Us


From day one, Acquolina Weston has prided itself on cooking with quality food and ingredients, served directly to you by our very friendly and highly knowledgeable chefs, bartenders, and trained servers.


Over the years, Acquolina Weston has maintained a consistent level of service and quality due to our low turnover rate. Two-thirds of our kitchen staff have been employed here since our restaurant's inception in 2008, which is a tribute to their hard work and dedication. The chefs and kitchen staff are passionate about their work, and as a result, we have a high level of customer satisfaction. Our customers often return for dinner with friends and family because they know they will be treated well by our staff and served delicious food.


The Italian Restaurant Experience

Thanks to our loyal guests and high demand, we've had the opportunity to expand twice over the years; once in 2014, and again in 2020. During our original expansion, we were able to add a seating area, to accommodate private parties that will serve a total of 20 new seats. By 2020 our second expansion we decided to turn the unprecedented pandemic into a positive new phase and take the opportunity to expand Acquolina Weston again, this time adding on to the newest addition of the restaurant. We added an extra 550 square feet, 9 new tables, and a stunning glass-enclosed temperature-controlled wine cellar, which essentially allowed us to expand our wine list from 50 to over 200 bottles.
